Delivery of superb customer care underpins all our activities, which includes regularly talking to our customers to find out what works well for them and where we can improve. We were therefore delighted that a recent survey of customers recorded an exceptionally high level of product and service satisfaction. Overall, the survey showed a satisfaction rating of 96.9%, with our customers saying they were very satisfied with our technical competence.
Our approach to customer service is to provide high levels of care and support before, during and after a project. During installation, for example, we work closely with principal site contractors to ensure that all specifications and requirements are met, and work is on target to meet go live dates. Post installation, we provide full training for parking staff as well as ongoing support delivered by our responsive national service team. Technical support is provided by a dedicated team that can access the system and run diagnostics remotely, helping our field engineers resolve any snags that much quicker.
