Innovation is the heart of our company and accordingly, we have introduced two key new services for customers.
Chip & Pin
All of our automatic pay stations will incorporate a PIN pad on the fascia to comply with the new Chip & Pin regulations, and we are hoping to offer an upgrade option for existing pay stations in the near future. Chip & Pin enabled equipment is also available for cashier-staffed manual pay stations, which we are supplying as standard for new installations and as an option for existing customers.
Pay by Mobile
Pay by Mobile is an add-on option to our existing system, allowing customers to pay for parking via their mobile phone before exiting the car park. The service is a very convenient one for both car park managers and their customers. As well as helping reduce any long pay station queues, this is a great option for those managing young children or carrying heavy loads, as they can go straight to their car without having to stop on the way to pay.
